DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes! We can paint almost any image in any size. Just email us at hello@coeclectic.com with your image, the size you'd like it painted in, and your shipping address (including phone number) and we'll get back to you right away. 

 

CAN YOU PAINT ANYTHING?

The short answer is "yes". Take a look at our gallery section for examples of different types of images that we've painted. If, for some reason, we think your photo will not come out well as a painting, we will contact you to discuss.

 

CAN YOU CUSTOMISE A PAINTING TO FIT MY SPACE?

We sure can. Our paintings can be created to the specific size you require. Just contact us prior to ordering so that we can discuss the size you're after.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE THE IMAGE THAT I ORIGINALLY SUBMITTED WITH MY ORDER?

WILL MY ARTWORK ARRIVE READY TO HANG?

Your canvas will arrive rolled in a tube, and will need to be framed or stretched locally. The frames shown are for illustrative purposes only and will not be included in your order.

 

WHAT IF MY PAINTING ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your painting arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and describe it to us in an email to hello@coeclectic.com. We will reply with directions to return your painting and begin painting a new one for you as soon as possible.

 

LOST/STOLEN/TAMPERED MAIL

COECLECTIC does not take responsibility for damages caused to the artwork by how the packaging is opened once it has reached the recipient. COECLECTIC does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our hands - if you require tracking on your package within Australia, we suggest you select the express shipping option. If your item has been mis-handled, lost or incorrectly delivered by Australia Post - we will lodge a complaint for you and escalate the matter, COECLECTIC does not replace or refund if third parties have incorrectly handled packages. If you receive a package which has been tampered with, please lodge a stolen goods report with your local law enforcement. COECLECTIC is in no way responsible for lost, mis-handled or stolen goods. Signature upon delivery is not required.
