WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
Commissioned paintings are all custom made. Please ensure you have measured your space and reviewed your purchase prior to placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds on these orders due to the unique nature of custom made art.
From time to time small fibers, particles, brush bristles and dust may settle into your painting and/or varnish. This is often an unavoidable feature of hand-made artworks. Colours may vary slightly from the initial draft and mock-up, due to factors such as screen brightness (we recommend previewing drafts with brightness turned to full), and mediums added such as additional textures and abstract paint splashes.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR A RETURN
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your email and advise of the process. Return shipping will be at your cost and can be arranged through your local Pack & Send.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
If you wish to have a painting shipped outside Australia please send us an email at email@example.com specifying the painting you wish to purchase and your delivery address. We will determine freight costs and an approximate delivery time to this location for you. Commission works can also be done for international customers please email us to discuss your needs.
HOW LONG WILL MY ARTWORK TAKE TO ARRIVE
We endeavor to get paintings to customers in 6-8 weeks.
